If you purchased from In Focus and the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must notify us that you wish to return them to us within 14 days. The goods should be returned in an un-used condition and with the original packaging within 14 days of that notification and be accompanied by a copy of proof of purchase.
We cannot process any returns without an original receipt number.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Returning Goods
If you decide to cancel your order, you must bear the cost of returning the goods.
For items weighing less than 10kg, UK customers may like to use a service such as Collect+ to return their goods via a local collection point.
Non-UK customers should use a delivery service that requires a signature by the recipient and/or that insures the goods whilst in transit.
2. Faulty Goods
Where goods are found to be faulty on receipt, In Focus will bear the cost of providing a replacement including refunding return delivery costs and paying for re-delivery costs but you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the goods if you wish to have your goods refunded or replaced.
Please note that items which are fully functional, that meet the manufacturers specification but that do not meet your expectation of performance are not considered faulty. You will bear the cost of the return of such items and a re-stocking fee may be deducted from any refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
4. Returning Goods For Warranty Repair/Replacement
You must bear the cost of returning goods to us to be repaired or replaced under warranty. You must also bear the cost of us returning goods to you even if the repair to the goods is covered under warranty.
5. Exchanging Goods
