1. UK Addresses
Delivery is included for all items – the price you pay may include an amount for delivery, particularly on items costing £10 or less. We do not offer Saturday or timed delivery options.
Delivery is usually with 2 to 3 working days although delivery to certain UK locations (e.g. Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight) may take up longer.
Orders received by 12.30 UK time are usually despatched the same working day.
We are not able to accept any special instructions for couriers such as “leave with neighbour”.
2. Outside UK
Delivery will take between 3 and 10 days depending on the country and location within that country. If you wish to get a more accurate indication of the delivery time before placing your order, please contact us.
A delivery charge will be applied to your order depending on the size and weight of the goods ordered. For orders placed online, the delivery charge will be added to your payment after you have paid for the items in your basket. You will be advised of the delivery charge before we take payment. You can choose to cancel your order if you do not accept the delivery charge. For orders placed by phone, the delivery cost will be confirmed when you place the order. The charges below are examples for typical items available to order:
Accessories e.g. neck straps, photoadapters £6 to £12
Small optical products e.g. compact binoculars, monoculars £10 to £20
Mid-sized optical products e.g. binoculars £15 to £30
Large items e.g. spotting scopes, tripods, mounts £20 to £50
PLEASE NOTE: You may be liable for the payment of import duty, sales tax and/or other taxes (such as VAT or GST). Please check with your local government or tax authority what the rates and liabilities are before placing your order. In Focus will not be liable for any additional costs for the importation of goods to non-UK countries.
