From J47 on the M4 take the A438, after 1¼ miles turn right onto the A484. Follow the A484 for 4½ miles turn left and follow the signs to the WWT reserve. Events are held at the WWT Penclacwydd Main Building or in the Marsh Hide depending on the weather!

CAERLAVEROCK WWT, Dumfries and Galloway
The reserve lies 9 miles south east of Dumfries. Follow the tourist signs from the A75 west of Annan or from St Michael’s Church in Dumfries. The visitor centre has a shop and café and they’re also toilet facilities. There is wheelchair access to the centre and the main hides. Entrance to WWT members is free although there is a charge for non members
