Since opening, we have recorded 61 species of birds from our shop. This year's count stands at 27 species to end of March.

Books

In Focus is selling second hard birding books on behalf of WWT London Wetland Centre. These are books donated to the Wetland Centre by both supporters and members of the public. Funds raised from these sales goes to support the conservation work of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

WWT Bat walks at the Wetland Centre for 2015 scheduled to start in June and run through to September. Call 020 8409 4400 for information and dates for these revealing and informative evening walks.

The in focus showroom at The London Wetland Centre at Barnes in south west London combines superb viewing from our purpose-built viewing gallery with a full range of equipment from leading manufacturers and importers.

Situated in the Peter Scott Visitor Centre on the first floor adjoining the Art Gallery, the high-roofed studio showroom features simulated bird watching environments such as hides, reed beds, and shorelines so visitors and customers can see how various items of equipment and accessories can be used in the field.
